  12. I am new to windows programming with Borland C++ and am have trouble
  13. adding a new class with ClassExpert.  When I try to add a new class, I get
  14. this error message:

  16. Cannot create class because resource id IDD_MAINDLG could not be created. 
  17. RC file may be locked in an editor boffer.  Close the RC file.  Shutdown
  18. Resource Workshop, and try again.
  19.  
  20. Any ideas on how to fix this?
